Wonderful vintage copy of The XIT Ranch of Texas by J. Evetts Haley. Published in 1929 by The Lakeside Press of Chicago, Illinois. The hardcover book is in good condition for its age, with some wear to the cover and edges. There is an inscription to the original owner on the inside dedication page. The name of the original owner can be seen where is was previously written in pencil on the inside cover page (see photos). The book was presented to the original owner GM Duncan by the famous railroad financier Frank Kell.
