Nice first edition copy of The Girl Next Door by Brad Parks, a Carter Ross mystery about the Newark investigative reporter, following Faces of the Gone and Eyes of the Innocent. The back cover carries the praise for the earlier books, including Michael Connelly calling Eyes of the Innocent "the complete package," and the front cover bills Parks as the Nero and Shamus Award-winning author of Faces of the Gone. Published in 2012 by Minotaur Books of New York. First Edition, March 2012, first printing, with the number line running 10-1. ISBN 978-0-312-66768-9. This copy is unsigned.
The book is in very good condition. The charcoal boards are clean and unmarked, the spine is straight, and the dust jacket, housed in a clear protective sleeve, is in very good condition, clean and bright with only the lightest edge wear. (The torn-newspaper look is the jacket's printed design.)
Great find at a great price! Please note the S&H charges, which include USPS postage, materials, and handling. Pictured bookends are not included in the sale.
