The Chalk Girl is a Mallory novel — Carol O'Connell's series about NYPD detective Mallory, whose chalk-outline world is like no other in crime fiction. The back cover carries an author photograph and Janet Maslin's New York Times praise for O'Connell's Find Me.
This copy appears hand-signed by Carol O'Connell on the title page, dated 1/18/12. The book is in very good condition. The boards and pages are clean, and the dust jacket — housed in a clear protective sleeve — shows only the lightest edge wear.
