Wonderful signed 1st edition copy of Reading the Bible as History by James W. Dixon. Published in 1985 by Vantage Press of New York. The hardcover book is in very good condition for its age, with minor wear to the cover and edges. The book is signed by the author with an inscription to the original owner on the inside cover page. There is also a note from the daughter of the original owner, providing some additional provenance (see photos).
