Wonderful vintage signed 1st edition copy of Stillwater Trout by John Merwin. Published in 1980 by Nick Lyons Books of Garden City, New York. The hardcover book is in good condition for its age, with some wear to the cover and edges. The dust jacket
is in good condition for its age, with some wear to the cover and edges. There is an inscription to the original owner on the inside cover page. There is also an inscription from the author on the interior title page. This edition is especially interesting as there is a fly, from the author pasted to the title page, with a cutout to the interior title page - please see the photos. After selling many, many, many fly fishing books - this is the only one that I have ever encountered containing a fly created by the author - less this author. If you are a collector or fan of the sport, this is a rare and must have copy of this book.
Great find at a great price! Please note the S&H charges, which include USPS postage, materials, and handling. The pictured bookends are not included in the sale.
