Wonderful vintage and very rare copy of Peter and Wendy by J. M. Barrie and illustrated by Edmund Blampied. Published in 1939 by Hodder and Stoughton of London. The hardcover book is in good condition for its age, with wear to the cover, edges, and spine. This is a very rare version of this book with gilded lettering on the front cover and spine. All twelve of the original color prints are still within the book. This is likely the finest and perhaps only example of this edition of Peter and Wendy to come to market in the 2020's.
