Wonderful set of antique Chinese Cinnabar Lacquer Bookends. The red and black bookends are in good condition for their ages, with some wear. The bookends stand approximately 5.1/4" tall x 4.3/8" wide x 3.3/16" deep. There is a handwritten price tag on the bottom of one of the bookends that appears to be quite aged, stating "Unusual pair of black & red cinnabar bookends $235.00". The bookends were acquired from the estate of a Dallas, Texas collector of Chinese Cinnabar lacquer items. Great find at a great price! Please note the S&H charges, which include USPS postage, materials, and handling. The items will be shipped insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
