Published in 1919 by The Beaumont Press of London, England, printed and published by Cyril William Beaumont at 75 Charing Cross Road, Westminster, and completed on the last day of January 1919, with the cover designed by Michel Sevier. This is the sixth book issued by the Beaumont Press. Twenty-four copies were printed on Japanese vellum signed by the author, and two hundred and fifty copies on hand-made paper numbered 25 to 274. This copy is number 171, on hand-made paper, and it is not signed. Decorative patterned boards with a printed title label and a cloth spine.
This copy is in good condition. The patterned boards are rubbed at the edges and corners, the cloth spine is worn and split at the head with its lettering faded, and the endpapers are heavily browned and offset. A prior owner has written in ink on the front endpaper, and there is a red circled mark on the same endpaper. No dust jacket.
