Wonderful vintage copies of Mastering The Art French Cooking by Julia Child, Lousiette Bertholle, Simone Beck and Mastering The Art French Cooking Volumes Two by Julia Child and Simone Beck. Published in 1966 and 1970, respectively by Alfred A. Knopf of New York. The hardcover books is in good condition for their ages, with some wear and discoloration to the cover and edges. Both have sun fading to the spines. Each book has a bookplate on the inside cover indicating the original owner. Each book is signed by Julia Child on the dedication pages (see photos).
