Wonderful vintage signed copy copy of Fort Concho and the Texas Frontier by J. Evetts Haley. Published in 1952 by The San Angelo Standard-Times of San Angelo, Texas and Carl Hertzog of El Paso, Texas. The hardcover book is in very good condition for its age, with some minor wear to the cover and edges. The dust jacket is in poor condition, with considerable wear along the cover, edges, and spine - the front leaf has become detached and there is some damage along the top edge. The book is an ex-libris book from the collection of Edward Crane. The book is signed by the author and inscribed to an owner on the inside flyleaf. The original owner also signed the inside flyleaf as well as placed an ex-libris stamp on the title page (see photos).
