Wonderful very rare vintage copy of Canning and Preserving by Mrs. S. T. Rorer. Published in 1887 by Arnold and Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The hardcover book and its very rare dust jacket are in remarkably good condition for their ages, with some minor wear and discoloration to the cover and edges. Also included is an original insert advertising Mrs. Rorer's New Cook Book (see photos).
