Wonderful vintage, signed, 1st edition copy of Bless the Cook by Bessie L. Munson. Published in 1978 by Woodland West Office Supply and Printing. The spiralbound cookbook is in good condition for its age, with wear to the cover and edges. The book is signed by the author, inscribed to the original owner, and dated 10/27/1979. Also, attached to the last page of the book is a handwritten recipe for Pecan Pie Cake. While I cannot authenticate that the recipe was handwritten by the author, the handwriting does appear to be similar, so judge for yourself.
