This copy is in good condition. The front board's printed panel listing the six tales is faded, and both boards carry scuffs and scratch marks, with the top corner of the rear board torn at the spine head. The gilt spine lettering is bright and the title page has only light foxing spots. A prior owner inscribed the front endpaper in September 1908, the year of publication. No dust jacket.
