Wonderful vintage copy of A Horse For General Lee by Fairfax Downey. Published in 1953 by Charles Scribner's Sons of New York. The hardcover book is in good condition for its age, with wear to the cover and edges. The just jacket is in poor condition, with wear, holes, and tears throughout (see photos). This is a very special book, as it contains a letter signed from the author to the original owner. The letter is affixed to the inside cover page and is a wonderful piece of provenance for this book.
Great find at a great price! Please note the S&H charges, which include USPS postage, materials, and handling.
