Published in 1867 by Thomas Bosworth of London, England. Written by Thomas Howell. A slim volume of essays on Shakespeare's characters and genius, bound in green cloth with the title lettered in gilt on the front board.
This copy is in good condition. The green cloth is bright, with one small pale spot on the front board and light rubbing to the edges and corners, and the spine ends are worn with a small split at the head. The hinges are cracked. A prior owner has inscribed the half-title, dated 5 June 1867, the year of publication, and a bookseller's label is on the front pastedown. No dust jacket.
Great find at a great price! Please note the S&H charges, which include USPS postage, materials, and handling. Pictured bookends are not included in the sale.
